The Quality Improvement (QI) Manager serves as the Quality Improvement lead and resource for the organization. The QI Manager analyzes, develops, manages, and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure Quality Improvement efforts are developed and managed using a data driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to the organizational mission and ongoing strategic goals.
The QI Manager provides leadership and guidance to executive leadership and departmental managers/supervisors in support of their role in QI/Quality Assurance (QA); provides leadership and coordination for improving the health of identified high risk populations within a Patient Centered Medical Home model and evaluating the impact that system improvements have on the populations served; researches and develops QI training programs that focus on enabling the organization workforce to achieve improvements based on organizational strategic goals/objectives and in compliance with state, federal and accreditation requirements.

5+ years of Quality Improvement experience.
2+ years management/leadership experience.
Experience working in a health care setting including working with providers, support staff and other team members.
Experience working with electronic health record system preferred.
Mission driven with demonstrated commitment to high quality health care for low income, high need populations, especially if delivered through a community health center.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare, Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health or equivalent degree required; a Master's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health or similar preferred.
