MCHC Health Centers in Ukiah, CA is currently seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst to coordinate MCHC's Quality Improvement activities in accordance with best practices for quality management and patient safety. The position's primary duties include: generating, documenting, and analyzing data in the form of indicator monitoring results, clinical outcomes, feedback processes, administrative reports, surveys, and chart audits, etc., for trend analysis and improvement planning. The QI Analyst will also provide administrative support to interdisciplinary QI committees, as well as the Director of Quality Improvement.
The successful applicant will possess minimum AS / AA degree or equivalent experience and a demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, and is willing to learn other software programs utilized in the Quality Improvement department.

Minimum AS / AA degree or equivalent experience;
Two plus years administrative experience in professional environment (Quality Improvement experience preferred);
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn other software programs utilized in the Quality Improvement department;
Excellent written and oral communications skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Familiarity with medical terminology;
Interest and ability to become proficient in data mining and reporting from MCHC's I.S. and patient registry databases.
