Community Health Center with sites in Placerville, Diamond Springs and Cameron Park, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager who will be responsible for coordinating nursing services for all outpatient Center sites. This position will manage the RN care coordinator/case management programs, ensuring nursing services are delivered across all sites within scope of RN licensure and protocols. The RN Manager is responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating Center RN programs across the care continuum.
Nursing services are coordinated in conjunction with the Medical Director and Clinical Director, to ensure integration with all Center service delivery goals. The RN Manager position is a working RN position with both management and RN responsibilities.

RN Manager Experience Required:
MUST HAVE: minimum of three years’ experience in a medical office or clinic with management responsibilities
Experience in the development and implementation of patient education in group or individual setting
Experience with population health desirable
Education and Licensing Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Masters in Nursing preferred
Current, valid, State of California license as a registered nurse
