The Director of Dental Operations will oversee dental sites and dental mobile units in service area designated to ensure all site programs operate in an efficient effective manner to ensure quality and safe patient care. The Director of Dental Operations will report to the Chief Operations Officer.
It is the primary purpose of CHCCC to provide the highest quality of total care possible to the patient population it serves. Such a level of quality depends ultimately on the staff's desire and ability to work together, individually, and as a team. The employee is expected to be professional, punctual, maintain regular attendance, cooperative, organized, and enthusiastic at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees designated CHC Sites and ensures operations are running efficiently and effectively with respect to patient experience, customer service, quality, productivity, and financial goals.
Trains all new management in designated regions in standard work in EPM, EHR, EDR, and CHC Policies and Procedures.
Works with the COO to implement policies and procedures and ensures standardization at designated CHC sites.
Assists and ensures that health center team is deploying patient centered care in a multidisciplinary approach as deemed by CHC.
Ensures all CHC sites are in compliance with Federal, State, County requirements, and other regulatory bodies like HRSA, Joint Commission, CenCal, PCMH, HEDIS, UDS, Triple Aim, CHDP, etc.

Education and Training:
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health
Required minimum five (5) years of community health centers management or dental practice management in all phases of operations.
